Private Design Consultations
If you have grand designs on a new extension or a small residential development then the workshop can help. At a time convenient to you we will arrange a 2-4 hour home visit to help you discuss and develop your ideas, provide initial concept sketches and give expert advice on planning and building regulations.

Through the concept design process the Workshop will work directly with you to help your ideas become a reality. The latest visualisation techniques are employed including 3D computer modeling, graphic imagery and sketch plans to bring your ideas to life.

Compliance with planning and building regulations is a pre-requisite for most construction projects in the UK. The Workshop can develop your thoughts and aspirations from the initial concept to detailed design, and through planning and building regulations process.
The Workshop will act as your direct contact with planning and building control officers while keeping you regularly informed of progress.
